Clean and tidy. Bathroom was a little awkward with doorways. Bath was small. Staff weren’t the best/friendliest. Didn’t explain the free parking process or restaurant hours etc.

Better than my expectations. The hotel provides family room which is very convenience. The room is good. Only thing is the shower head is not good and cups didn’t clean properly.

Alpha Hotel Canberra
We had an excellent stay at Alpha Hotel over Easter! A large group of us travelled from all over and used it as our home base. We hadn't been there in years, but it lived up to our good memories. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfy, especially the beds. The location was convenient to the attractions of Canberra and the large shopping centre nearby. Overall it was incredibly family friendly and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Easy parking. Rooms neat and tidy with all amenities good for a comfortsble stay. Very quiet and good value for money. Adjacent clubs, shops and services were all within very close and easy walking distance. Overall good value for money.

It's not a 5 star hotel but it is exactly what it says it is. Had a strange noise from outside keeping me awake and the male receptionist was kind enough to move me to another room at 11pm.Great service and tidy rooms.

We booked here during the Easter Long Weekend with the 4 kids. We stayed in the family room. It was great as there was a separate room for the adults and the 4 kids had bunk beds. They had a blast. The rooms were clean and the service was great. The location was convenient next to the shops. One gem is the Turkish restaurant called Little Instabul. Great food and walking distant.

Great rooms, with friendly service and amenities have stayed here a few times and have always kept us happy (not forgetting the gym, great variety of equipments compared to the Novotel Canberra with the tiniest gym and dated smelly rooms which we stayed in over the Easter long weekend). Close to the shops and great restaurants too.

The room were picture perfect with no spider web, speck of dusk or insect to be seen. There was also friendly helpful staff welcoming you as you enter this amazing hotel.

Great location next to swimming pool as well as shops and kangaroos. Super kind receptionist and workers. Awesome Gym with a lot of equipment

Great rooms with aircon, nice receptionist and location is good as it has restaurants and pools nearby. Had a gym with a wide range of equipment to focus on different parts of the body.
