I have been going to this clinic for 20 years . Most times I get looked after but recently when calling on a weekend the customer service is really bad , rood , never listening and always passing on wrong information. And the doctors working on weekends don't want to see my baby girl in the clinic always outside. Only a few doctors I trust in there . Feel like finding another clinic

I took my very anxious 12 year old for his immunisations this week. The nurses who gave the injections were fantastic. They walked my son through the process, giving him choices so he felt in control of the situation. It was lovely not to be rushed in and out, thanks for a great experience.

I just called to book an appointment, and they said they are not taking any new patients atm. So unless I was already a patient of the clinic she wouldn’t give me an appointment, which is quite discriminatory. The woman that spoke to me over the phone said this and then just hung up on me.

No one likes going to the doctor but the doctors here are amazing in a short appointment we managed to get through all the concerns that I had and get a medical certificate written up. I would highly recommend any of the doctors in this practice

Dr Klaric is not my usual GP but went out of his way to be kind and lovely and I would definitely go back to see him again. The staff were also very lovely.

Dr. Di Lernia is my current doctor and she is so caring and thorough and I am extremely happy being her patient!!I have been attending the clinic since I was a young girl and wouldn’t go any where else for medical treatment!!
