I would highly recommend this service. I had an issue accessing my computer files on a Sunday and Mamoom interupted his day off and booked an appointment with me on the same day and promptly resolved my issue.

I find it painfully ironic when a company's name does nothing it says. The name implies that they offer quick IT support to businesses in Melbourne. I have a business, that needed a quick fix to a basic IT problem and we are in the same suburb!Spoke to Manny this morning and explained the issue. Simply to add another user to an existing network via a network cable. He said they can do it and he will call me back soon with a time. 2 Hours later I followed up, he said someone is coming and they will be there by mid day. No call back, and of course no-one came so by 2pm I called and said we are still waiting. Manny said he will call me back in 10 mins.As expected, I never got that call and since then the number rang out. I left a message saying if they're too busy we can do tomorrow but clearly they do not want my business.Complete waste of a day but found a much better company that were much more responsive.

The team at XpressteX manage all our company Machines, PC's and Cloud Based Data. It is fair to say that ever since transitioning all our I.T infrastructure to Manny and the team, we sleep easy. They ensure we are always going to be safe, online and do proactive testing and upgrades that are ran after business hours to ensure we have no down-time during normal business operating hours.
