Roscon prepared a defects report for me. It was generic and absolutely useless. The consultant i spoke with prior to engaging did not show up on the day and sent another junior person who was not familiar with the details. Very disappointing considering i had emailed and spoken to them prior to engaging. My insurance company accepted and repaired a number of defects that Roscon's defects report did not pick up...Don't waste your money...

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.The team at Roscon assisted me to manage a dispute with the Owners Corporation which great results! Having someone who know the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and VBA Practice Note, 2014-01 is critical in any Owners Corporation disputes.

Power went completely dead in our apartment.As it was the weekend body corporate was not available so contacted Roscon as we needed to gain access to the main switch board for the building, they were fantastic guy came out to the apartment blocks within an hour.Power back up and running! Absolute lifesaver! Couldn’t recommend more.

We had a very difficult experience while employing Roscon for our bathroom renovation inspection. We found the inspector was unprofessional (usually took over a week to reply my email and could not be reached on the phone), the recommendations in the report were unreasonable (none of the builders were willing to follow his suggestions),and lots missing defects. It has been two months and 5th version of forensic report, I still haven't got all of my questions answered. I have complained twice to the office, noneone has replied to my email. For someone to charge top dollar and promise a comprehensive report.... And using the latest technology"

Matthew looks after our building in Prahran and he is an essential part of our community. Friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Today he was kind enough to retrieve my keys from the bottom of the lift! Couldn't imagine our building without him. Highly recommend Roscon.

Roscon completed a building defects report for our complex through our Body Corporate Manager. The staff were really professional and we achieved a great result through insurance. The Roscon report resulted in the insurance company completing over $500K in rectification works.
