Great service all round. Friendly staff and upfront about repairs. If you have a Mercedes, head to Hacketts. They went above and beyond unlike Mercedes Bendigo who overcharged and didn't fix the problem.

After a huge headache and a potentially huge bill with the dealership, I took my car to Jamie. He listened to my concerns and was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it for a far more reasonable price. Have a European car? Save yourself the heartache (and dollars) take it to Jamie instead.

After taking my son's car in there to get fixed I got a big bill and the car come back with problems that didn't exist beforehand. They were overpriced and seemingly incompetent

Very happy with the work performed on my two prestige vehicles. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced. Don't bother with the dealerships.
