Partner and I stayed 5 nights recently, excellent customer service. Max remembered us by name after meeting only once. Was clean, loved the layout with kitchen views and enjoyed the spa.

I really don't know where to start with this review, the Astor apartments are an absolute dive. Old appliances, holes in the walls, the robe doors don't slide,other cupboards are broken, towel rail is broken in two. There is absolutely no pressure in one the bathrooms is that low that I couldn't actually wash my hair.Honestly do not stay here, do not support this business it's an absolute rip off.

pretty decent hotel for the price range, comfy beds noticed a stain on the bathmat but nothing crazy. The noise from the hallway into the room was quite loud especially when you're trying to sleep and drunk people come in maybe better soundproofing would help but fine room for one night

Great value for money! I had an awesome room that had the sun shining in it all day and the lady at reception Denise was so accommodating and helpful she really went out of her way to assist with my request. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend whether you are travelling as a family or by yourself.

absolutely horrendous stay. Dirty clothes left in washing machine, both bathroom lights did not work, none of the aircons worked, fridge did not keep food cold, had to put milk in the freezer just to keep it from going off, balcony doors were a hassle to open, constantly stunk of eggs, water leaking directly onto balcony from air conditioning of others above. DO NOT STAY HERE

Beautiful place to spend family holidays. The room is nice and tidy and the view on the 12 floor is magnificent. I give it a 10 in my book...

I would not recommend.This Astor Apartments is disgustingly filthy and despite repeated requests it was not clean on arrival. Bathroom had significant hair and soap scum throughout. Apartment was dusty and dirty on all surfaces and finishes.No compensation, rectification nor apology was provided. We were unable to be moved rooms.Only one key was able to be provided as previous guest had “lost” the other and unable to replaced. Serious concern for security of belongings considering locksmith did not change the lock.Worst place I have ever stayed

Room is very dirty, we have a very young son that was crawling around for about 5mins and his knees where black, there was also lots of mould and a dirty bandaid in the bathroom, really disappointing for the price of the room definitely will not be staying here again.
