They are friendly and willing to give you help and advice whilst taking into account your needs and preferences.I always have a great experience at the shop and online with the vast range of products available. Any back-ordered items arrive promptly and communication is very efficient.

These guys are the best for customer service and quality of the equipment they carry. I had a last minute need for a pillow before heading to Patagonia to do the W-walk, so bought a Therma-rest compressible pillow -which arrived by the end of the week. But i had not realised how big it was so I didn't end up taking it away. Took it back in to the shop after I came back from my trip (nearly 8 weeks from purchase date) and they refunded me the purchase with no muss no fuss.Truly friend for life"!"

It shows open on Google but in fact it’s closed and only for collecting online orders. There is a bell at the door. But the staff didn’t hear it or ignored it. Wasted my time driving all the way here to try on shoes.

The Frontier Nth Sydney is a great store for anything outdoor.They have a wide range of hard to find High end items from Arcteryx, 5ten, Patagonia, metolious, etc. They even special ordered me some difficult to find items in Australia.Anyone interested “Ruffwear”, this is the store to go to. Largest range and they online ship. Store is pet friendly, I saw a dog doing hot laps around the store trying on his new Ruffwear gear.The owner is/was very knowledgeable and was more then happy to chat about all items I was interested in. He spent a lot of time assisting myself in choosing the right products for my needs.Great customer service and personalised care and treatment. This is in stark contrast to the generic, unknowledgeble, disinterested, casual staff in the Kent st area.It is worth visiting the store not only for their range of products but to check out “the vault”.I also ordered a couple products online and from ordering to arriving on my front door was literally like 2days. Unbelievably fast.Definitely one of the best outdoor stores in Syders and Oz.

Beat outdoor store in sydney, excellent range and able to order nearly anything you could need. Staff will sell you the right product, not the most expensive one. Which is what you need with technical gear.

The guys here are super helpful and friendly. Had a sizing issue with my shoes and there was no problem in exchanging them for me.Great supply of rock climbing gear (love that they have So iLL)

Great help with replacing a buckle for a Ruffwear dog harness. After getting in touch in Ruffwear directly they advised that Frontier could help us get a chewed buckle replaced. Frontier was very prompt in assisting us and we had a new clip for the harness within a week!

Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about all ins and outs of fitting the correct climbing shoe to your foot shape. Team is very friendly. Doesn't carry all brands, but has more than enough models appropriate for your foot and climbing style within the available range. Highly recommended
