Incredible place.very big area inside.amazing location out of town.Amazing food. Really enjoyed my party.i done my decoration and DJ with them it was awesome. I was so happy with the preparation they done for my party

We had our wedding reception at hawkesbury function centre on the weekend and everything was perfect. The food, the service and the location was incredible. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing and the organising staff were very friendly and accommodating. All guests spoke very highly of the quality of everything they experienced.Unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for making our wedding reception amazing.

Good size for any function venue, up to 200 people indoors, and lots of room for outdoor & parking. But it needs a midas touch!Quite an old setup and upgrade is unavoidable, but fewer updates or renovation would do the work.

We had our Son's Dhoti Function at Hawkesbury Function Centre, Venue is awesome, food was delicious, Dance floor is the highlight .Most of all Ken is a great host, he delivered more than he promised exceeded the expectations with his hospitality.Thanks, Ken for making the event memorable for us, we strongly recommend Hawkesbury function center.

I had my wedding here 2 weeks ago now and had an amazing night but the lead up and afterwards was a nightmare. If you have strong opinions and you know what you want I don't think this is the place for you. I knew what I wanted and all I needed was an event coordinator and management that were nice, easy to work with and helpful but I deffenately didn't get that.I do not recommend their wedding packages as there is alot on non inclusions especially GST + more. Please DO NOT pay a cent more than the deposit until the latest date or they will take it all and use this against you so you have to book with them. MAKE SURE you get every single piece of paperwork because they don't give it all to you and this is where the hidden costs and terms are.I was verbally abused by their event coordinator and publically shamed on social media by their staff member who I never once met.They held my belongings trying to blackmail me into having my GUESTS and husband take down their reviews off social media.Their promises of professional wait staff was not correct and there was a 15 year old behind the bar. The carpets are badly stained, their was mould on the ceiling above a table and there was ants on a guests table! Their solution was to spray it with spray and still leave the guests to eat their meal there.On the wedding day the make up artist + hair lady in their package didn't turn up as early as needed, didn't have enough product and started my hair when my car arrived to pick me up which made me late by an hour to my own wedding.The DJ/MC Johnny was really great!The photo booth stopped working and had to be fixed and missed out on ALOT of photos.The food was average and certain drinks ran out before our package was up. We were asked to pay for our drinks even though we were the bride and groom with drinks for the entire function. Some guests who purchased outside of our package were charged different prices each time they purchased the same drink. No EFTPOS available either which made it worse.It rained on the lead up and on the day of the wedding and there was a giant hole in the drive way. I did ask days prior and was told it won't get any deeper but it was already deep enough. The parking lot is actually grass and guests complained about mud and getting stuck when arriving.Just be careful when choosing this place for your event I don't want anyone else to feel the way I felt from these people.

Great venue couldn't be more nicer and great food thankyou to staff an Ken also DJ for a wonderful wedding reception for my son kaine and new wife keiren. Recommended highly.

I had my 60th birthday party here on Saturday night the 13th of May, can’t fault the place, Ken was extremely helpful for my entire function. Totally hassle free, had new carpets laid a couple of weeks before my function, dance floor re-varnished, bar tender was very efficient, food was amazing, meat was beautiful and tender, service from the staff was perfect, asked for lights to be turned down later in the evening and all of my requested were accommodated to. All my guests were highly impressed with the centre, bathrooms were clean. If I needed access to function prior to my event, Ken accommodated to my requests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would use function centre again. All alcohol that I requested for the night was there for all my guests to enjoy. The centre looked amazing on the night. I have red other reviews for this centre and I don’t understand the negative reviews in comparison to my experience with the centre Ken was extremely helpful. I give 10 stars perfect

Recently traveled from Queensland to attend a wedding at the Hawkesbury function centre. I was lost for words, the venue was beautifully set out and The finger foods provided after the ceremony were absolutely divine and the main meal was so good that I went back not only for seconds, but for thirds! The staff were also very polite and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10. Thank you for a great afternoon/night and making the journey worth travelling down for!
