Its always busy here in the evenings, the ice cream flavour options are good and the mixins make them very special. The team are friendly and speedy. Only criticism is that tables and seating are limited and not usually the cleanest. It'd be good to see this improved and expanded to make eat-in more enjoyable.

I do not usually write reviews but today I have found an interest in them went to cold rock last night got served by lovely girl I believe the other girl working who was also lovely, called her abbi she was really good at explaining items on then menu and very patient. Its good to see young kids enthusiastic about their job would defiantly recommend due to the wonderful service and yummy ice cream.

One of the girl was on video call with someone. Please wash you hand after touching your phone at work. I don’t understand how can the hygiene level be so bad. I am never visiting this particular shop again.

Place smelt like rotten milk! Please open your doors & let fresh air through.Ordered the loaded thickshake warning extra thick" & received a milkshake"

Dear customer service,I’d like to advise you of my unsuccessful trip at Cold Rock Toowoomba South that has left myself and my family very disappointed. When we walked into the store, two workers were preparing one Uber eats order while the other was throwing spoons while we stood there waiting to be served. After 5 minutes one of the workers came over looking at the floor and without eye contact asked what needed to be started. One of the workers stared us down instead of efficiently making our ice cream which the mix ins were not only chunky and not properly mixed into the ice cream, but also had large amounts of previous ice cream mixed in off of the bench. Not once did any of the workers smile and act polite, instead we were stared at with judgment and overcharged. It was clear they do not communicate with each other as they nearly charged us twice. It was so bad I wanna give them a zero, but that’s not possible so I give them a one.

Whole place smelt of rotten milk. No baby change station in the toilets so I had to change my kids nappy in the boot of a friend's car in the carpark.Bench was not scraped properly between icecreams and all I could taste was the previous customers mint ice cream. Could have used a different spot on the bench atleast.

Love cold rock. Has a classic charm. Staff sorted out two over tired kids almost at close with a smile. They even helped us sort out our table.The little extra makes all the difference. Thank you

The best place to go when you just need ice cream. So delicious! My kids like to choose their flavours and extras, so many choices all good.
