Their service is fantastic without an iota of doubt, and the owner run is more or at least as equally fantastic as their service. I have enjoyed every bit of communication with him, he made me so comfortable that at one point of time I had a feeling that I know him since I was born. I never felt like I was meeting him the very first time in my life. The communication was so brilliant and amazing that, even after spending around 10 minutes in thinking how and what should I write to express my experience... and to be honest, it could be one of the rarest of the rarests that I failed to find the write words for him.The only sentence I can write with all my honesty and sincerity, it was a Great experience. With a doubt, and without any IFS AND BUTS" I can say/write

I wouldn’t take your car there if it’s prestige or you really like your car. Ok if you have a company car. The paint work was two different shades and was told that it would blend in after a couple of washes. The touch up paint was even worse as it was a different shade again. The door that had the repair made clunking noises when opening and closing. Interior trim wasn’t put back together. Had to clip it all back in myself. For a business that has been there for a long time quality should be a lot better

Matthew booked my vehicle in with me and I really appreciated the honest advice and care that was shown towards me. It’s very refreshing to actually have someone spend time explaining the process and even helped point out an issue that needs fixing in the engine! I picked up my car today and it looks brand new. Being a person that takes extreme pride in the appearance of my vehicle, finding myself having to engage the services of an accident repairer after a car accident was an extremely unenviable experience and one I hope I never have to repeat. The dreadful experience of crashing my pride and joy was compounded by thoughts of having tradesman who couldn’t care less undertaking repair works to my vehicle.After spending many hours researching accident repairers that I thought would be suitable, I decided to pay a visit to Kerrigans Accident Repairs.Upon attendance, I was met by Annabelle and owner Matthew. I explained my tail of woe and the situation I now found myself in. The service delivered by both was exemplary! Nothing was too much trouble with Matthew taking time out from his busy schedule to come out and inspect my vehicle. To my pleasant surprise, Matthew spent a good hour with me, explaining the repair process in detail and how he and his staff would set about fixing the damage. Not once did Matthew give me the impression I was holding him up or wasting his time. He was more than prepared to stand around with me and answer any and all questions I had.This level of service was well above and beyond what I would have ordinary expected. On the basis of the service delivered by Matthew, I booked my car in for repairs and set about lodging my insurance claim.Upon collecting my vehicle after the repairs had been carried out, I was blown away. The level of care, workmanship and attention to detail displayed by Kerrigans Accident Repairs during the repair process was magnificent. True to his word, everything Matthew said would be undertaken, was! Even the little 1%’ers that always get overlooked during a process like this were done, right down to cleaning the inside of the exhaust tips during the detailing process!Upon collecting my vehicle and taking it home, I went over the repairs with a fine-tooth comb, almost expecting to find corners that had been cut.
