Staff are always friendly and helpful, once you’ve got a few items they’ll put them into a change room for you and are always happy to assist. Store and change rooms are always clean. Good shopping environment.

Even though i live a few hundred kms away i always go to this store. The lady who is manager or supervisor there is lovely and helpful along with the rest of staff. The store is kept tidy and merchandised well. I refently made an online order and some things were the wrong size, i was given an instore credit and was able to redeem with no issues.

Went in because I saw a nice cardigan on their website. I asked if they had it in store and she was saying that she doesn't know where I could buy something like that from. Then after I said it was on their website she says doesn't mean its in store" in a bitchy attitude."

I went into Ally at North Lakes today to buy some clothes for my daughter. Kirsten was very helpful and bubbly. She made the experience very positive as I had no idea what to buy my daughter. Her customer service was second to none. Will definitely come back again

Beware buying online. I called to explain my daughter purchased two dresses to try on and they would not do a refund. One dress is even faulty! My daughter did not see anything about not being able to return these otherwise I never would’ve allowed her to. The lady was very condescending to me on the phone. The customer service benefits them.
