Mikaela is absolutely amazing!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, understanding and always there for extra support and guidance. I previously completed a weight loss program with another business and it was horrible which turned me off doing another one for a while. I got to the point though where I really needed the help of a professional to achieve my weight loss and health goals. I found Mikaela on instagram and did her introductory program just to see if i liked her methods. Safe to say I am currently completing her 6 week program and I couldnt be happier. The meals and snacks are delicious and don't feel like im on some sort of diet which is great! Mikaela is also super responsive and even when I message her multiple times a day asking silly questions, she always gets back to me with support and no judgement! She really focuses on achieving your health goals in a sustainable way with NO FAD DIETING. By answering all my questions regarding my individual meal plan, nutrition etc has allowed me to actually learn what, why and how to achieve my health goals rather then just doing what someone tells me to do without having an understanding behind it. Couldn't recommend Mikaela and KJ Wellness highly enough.
