Just asked politely if there was a chance to send some flowers to a local business (200mts away) and they rudely huffed should have had your order in last Friday 10th for Valentines day delivery". A simple "Sorry we are booked out" would have sufficed."

My husband organised with Esther from Embassy Florist Canberra, to come to our hotel room before we arrived. Esther used beautiful luscious ‘huge’ rose petals, and created the word LOVE" on our bed.This surprise was done for our 10th wedding anniversary and a total surprise to me. The organisation of this surprised was incredible as the hotel do not let anyone else into your room.Thank you Esther for your patience

I am from Canada looking to send a flower arrangement for a special occasion in Canberra. This is the first time that I have ordered from Embassy Florist, and so was naturally a bit apprehensive. Ordered the Verve flowers with $12 for extra flowers. They were amazing and I'm very happy. Had to order on phone to get pickup as the website does delivery only.

I received flowers from Embassy Florist on Valentine’s Day from my wife, they were a very large bright bouquet of sunflowers made by Mikaylah, I loved them. Highly recommend.

Just had to cancel my order due to no longer needing the flowers and they were beyond understanding and so kind and have me a refund virtually straight away. Whilst I didn’t get the opportunity to see the actual flowers, they’re customer service is overall great

After contacting firstly, one of the big national florists, who would not honour their advertised price, I am so glad I found Embassy Florist in Canberra. Looking at what Embassy had to offer was so much better value for money, with such a variety of choices. I decided to phone them directly, as I was in Brisbane, and spoke with Esther, who was very helpful, and she put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers, with freebie chocolates, and the end result was just beautiful. My sister loved the birthday surprise. I was very impressed with their business ethic and communication and overall couldn't fault this florist. Will use again.

I went yesterday for a flower arrangement and I asked for all closed Lilies flowers except only one flower (please note that the online don't tell you how many stems for the lilies) .Two nice ladies were in the shop. while the first lady was arranging the flowers asked me, if i'm happy with the arrangement?" (halfway through the prep processes)
