2014 Toyota Hilux 4x4 Auto 3L Diesel SR5 TRD. The car was purchased October 13th 2022 and came with “Toyota Certification”. We were told by Izzy (The Sales Manager) that the car has been recently serviced by Toyota at their service centre and is in great condition before we purchased it. The major service is done and there shouldn't be anything outstanding to fix on the car at @160,000km. Drove the car less than 10,000km (Six Months) and took it into the Toyota Service Centre for its first service since purchasing the vehicle. The Service Employees told us when we arrived at the service centre that the car hasn’t recently been serviced at Toyota and there is no record on their systems that it has a full-service history. I feel as though it’s unreasonable that a standard $320 service on this car (standard oil change and check over) has now cost us $1600. Everything that should’ve most likely been repaired on the car in the service before, or when Toyota Certified the car and “Reconditioned to strict Toyota standards by Toyota Technicians”. This tells me two things, Toyota Certification doesn’t mean anything over the car being road worthy. Toyota will sell you a pre-owned certified car that will have multiple problems/repairs within less than 10,000km driven. Why isn’t any of this covered in our 12-month warranty? Is this the standard of a Toyota Certified Vehicle? Just for reference, I’ve put what Toyota state on their website which now I believe is a false advertisement:Every Certified Pre-Owned Toyota comes with these promises:✓ No older than 10 years old

I believe we have been treated unfairly as a consumer. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing a Toyota Vehicle (New or Pre-owned). Very disappointed with this customer service. Lesson learned I would recommend anyone that is deciding to purchase a car. Go for a private seller, absolutely no benefit from purchasing from a dealer anymore. All they do is charge you $5,000+ more than the asking price and you’ll still have to blow loads more money on repairs. Save your money, save your time. Don’t make the same expensive mistake I made.

AVOID SERVICING YOUR VECHILE HERE AT ALL COSTS. This lot are absolutely terrible. Completely over charge every service, always finding new expensive parts to replace yet never doing the simple basics right.Thank goodness I found another mechanic because these guys consider their main job to service your car so poorly you'll need to buy a new one soon from the dealership (good business model but bad news for you dear car owner). I repeat: avoid at all costs servicing your vechile here at all costs.

Terrible service department experience. Advisor had zero interest in doing anything more than the bare minimum during my service.(didn’t even want to get out of his seat).I had a list of stuff I wanted looked into during the service of a 2 year old LC and he didn’t want to know about it. So I leave after my final fixed price service with a list of stuff still to sort out (big opportunity for extra work) looking for a new mechanic who actually cares after 10 years and 3 new Toyotas worth of servicing with this dealership.Absolute disgrace & incredible arrogance from the service advisor! A lesson on what not to do if you care about your customers or your business.

Walked into the showroom to have a look around. Despite many staff at their desks with no customers, not 1 bothered to offer assistance. If you value service don’t come here
