Almost impossible to contact this office by phone with a simple request - to replace a lost card. The website is way too difficult to navigate for non-tech savvy older citizens.

These people will not help you access anything. I'm a single father 100% custody and I am very sick. I have spent the last 5 months dealing with these people only to be rejected time and time again. There reason are they don't have the information they need. I have provided the documentation several times only for them weeks later to ask for the very same documentation. They have all the documentation they need only to ask for it again and again. After 5 months and a third attempt they are now asking for the very same documentation including birth certificates for me and my two sons. Which all was provided in December and once again in Feb. Only for them to ask for them again. They have now sent out all the same paperwork and asked for all the same documents again. It is a very sick and twisted place these people who are imployed must be trained by the government to be narcissists gass lighters. Wish I could work it would be so much easier and mentally better than dealing with this evil corporation.

Website works one in a blue moon, requirements change every time you blink, you are on hold for 3 hours just to talk to someone only for them to transfer you through 4 other people, you go in the building and you wait there for 2 hours for a but of paperwork that doesn't even work, the system is broken and doesn't work the way it should.Like my grandfather says if you want a job at Centerlink you need a low IQ and know how to do nothing in circles"Centerlink is needed yes but does it work. No no it doesn't."

Centrelink...They are very rude. For front line people they need to have some common courtesys. No wonder they get abused.

Why can't they get all the paperwork in one go, instead of every couple of weeks asking for more sometimes paperwork you have aready sent. Trying to apply for aged pension.

Centrelink is bundaberg is a joke. The management don't help at all. I would give a zero if I could.

They are always helpful and respectful.Things like medical certificates have been known to go amiss once in a while, but rarely a problem. No complaints really.

I found the staff to be pleasant, wheelchair access to be no issue, they have an organised seating area with toilets provided.The center and the staff can not be blamed for any inconsistancies in their system therefore I give 4 stars.Overall excellent staff, Overall good services..That is if you listen.

Having supplied all relevant paperwork for a claim..after making an appointment, I was promptly set up with a computer ...and any question I had queries with...yep...I'd have to make another appointment. They are really good at making appointments.
