Ben and his team did a fantastic job renovating our home. Ben spent time getting to know us and understanding what we were hoping to achieve. He and his team worked with us to complete our Reno in several stages. When they discovered a rotten bearer they shuffled other jobs around and replaced it in time for our new flooring to be laid. Ben and his team were punctual and their work was spot on. They dealt with the old lathe and plaster and were pleased to incorporate an original sliding door in our butlers pantry. Ben only used tilers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers he trusts and double checked to ensure we were happy with their work. Strongly recommend Bennic Homes as a quality builder.

Ben & his team did a great job on our home extension. During a time when sourcing materials & trades people were challenging, they kept us both informed & delays to a minimum. We were impressed by the team’s work ethic & consideration of our property. They tidied up the area at the end of each day & let us know about any major (& noisy) construction happening in advance, which was helpful while living & working at home during this process. Ben provided amazing service from the moment I met him to come and quote. I desperately needed my bathroom en-suite renovated and Ben and his team worked their magic to transform it into exactly what I wanted and even rectified some plumbing and electrical items to meet current regulations. From our first meeting with Ben we felt that we were in good hands. His quotation for our reno job of two bathrooms and an Euro laundry came in promptly, was clear and detailed.Luckily Ben was ready to start work very soon after and we didn't hesitate to give Bennic Homes the go ahead. Ben and his team helped to perform some structural repairs to our house.
