I recently purchased an Introductory 6 pack offer to give Pilates on the Reformer a go. I was hopeful that it would help with a few weaknesses in my body that needed extra attention. So far, after 5 classes I'm starting to see improvements with my strength that has been beneficial in my every day. I'm loving it. The 4 different instructors I have had, have all been super professional and welcoming, created a great vibe in the class, and are genuinely interested. I'll be coming back for more!

I adore my time at Pilates and Co. I don't think I've ever done a class that is the same. Each one crafted so beautifully and guided with such care and support. For someone who can struggle with motivation at times, this absolutely makes it the place for me! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and thought and time is taken to cater for all levels and capabilities. I walked in a complete novice and now can feel that my body is so much stronger. There is a really lovely community of people who both attend and among the team. Can't recommend highly enough!!

I have been attending this Pilates studio for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely could not recommend it enough. The welcoming, calming and inclusive environment in the studio is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and always wanting to help offer any suggestions to make the moves more suited to your level of ability. I will definitely continue attending classes here.

Great team works here, always uplifting experience.. The trainers are considerate of client's body so happy to regress/help when adjustment due to injury/individual capability needed.. but challenge you where they can! :) .. very clean and has lux feeling!!! Recommending :)

The place is clean and bright and very airy. I have been doing Pilates for a while and can definitely say Mella is a superb trainer. I’m yet to do the same exercise twice which is fantastic and a feat to how creative she can be with a class. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been wanting to get into Pilates for quite some time but I was nervous that I wouldn’t be any good. The team at Pilates & Co made me realise that’s not at all what this is about, it’s about creating a fun and safe environment for you to challenge your body as much as you can but most importantly to be patient with yourself. I can honestly say that after taking five classes, I look forward to signing up for the next class every time!

My friend recommended Pilates & Co. I have been to a few on the coast and this studio is by far the best. The beds and equipment are top notch, and the instructors are mindful to tailor to suit injury or body limitations. Each class is different and i feel the burn after every one!

I was given a gift voucher for Pilates & Co and decided to do the intro offer. The studio is lovely. They have created such a positive environment - you can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. I enjoyed every class I did and the instructors were excellent. I’ve already signed up for their ‘commitment week’ challenge and am very much looking forward to it! :)
