Nat has been absolutely fantastic with my daughter age 11. With the assistance of Nat she is learning more about how to work safely in the kitchen to create fantastic tasty meals.

Both of my children love Nat’s visits. She is so patient with them. They are learning to meal plan and cook amazing dishes. Our son has a very limited diet but with Nat’s assistance he is trying more foods and has more interest in nutrition. Nat comes highly recommended
