Food is great but a bit pricey. All 3 Freezes are rarely working at the same time. The zinger burgers come out the other end a bit hotter than it came in!! my toilet smelt for days bruh

Please teach your staff how to fry chicken @ manager. Most of my wings were caked in a thick stale crust of batter (almost a 1 to 1 ratio of batter to chicken). Other pieces had huge chunks of batter that were falling off the wings. Dust it properly, shake off excess batter, and don't overcrowd the fyer. This has happened numerous times. I expect better. Seriously disappointed.

I have ordered a ultimate box and changed the chips to potato and gravy, and I received a box with a burger, two potato gravy and a small chips, and there are no original recipe in this box. This is not the first time I receive wrong items in the box recently.

Chicken was good but the fries were trash dude. I swear a skinny kid has more crisp than them they were soggy aswell. The chicken pulled it to 3 star but I wished I didn't get them tbh should have got a roll.

Anytime I want KFC (which tbh isn’t that often) always glad to go to this one. Conviently located and always clean, they really got into the Christmas spirit in 2022.One of the managers (I think her name is Harper) has always been extremely patient with the customers.I don’t love KFC but I love this one.

We found a piece of chicken that looks like a whole fried chicken head with beak & tongue in a box of 10 wicked wings. The guy (possibly manager) said that it's not a chicken head, but I'm certain it is. A quick Google search showed up that this has happened before at Uk in 2021.I was so disgusted & lost my appetite. My child looks off-colour since eating some of the chicken. This would probably be the last time I trust KFC food.

It was an average experience overall when I recently bought a 10-piece Wicked Wings combo from KFC in Macquarie. Here is a thorough review:Food quality: The Wicked Wings had a pleasing crunch and were good. The chicken was properly cooked, and the spices gave each piece a pleasant kick. The size of the wings was inconsistent, though, I noticed. The overall quality of the dish was hampered by some being smaller than others. Although the fries were good, they could have been a little bit crispier.Service: The KFC employees in Macquarie was courteous and quickly accepted my order. My dinner did, however, come with a short delay. Although it wasn't a huge annoyance, it would have been great if the wait time had been shorter.Value: Considering the serving size, the 10-piece Wicked Wings combo was inexpensive. It offered a satisfying lunch at a reasonable price. However, I think there is potential for improvement to strengthen the value proposition considering the modest variations in food quality and the waiting time.My overall KFC experience in Macquarie was good. Even while the Wicked Wings combo was entertaining, there were a few small flaws, such as inconsistent wing sizes and long wait periods. However, if you're in need of a quick fix of fast food, this KFC outlet might be a good choice.

Hot n spicy 3 pieces box. Picture was taken as I open the box. It looks gross, bun looks being eaten, and chicken obviously not hot n spicy. If staff can't even tell the different between hot n spicy with original, then they don't know what they selling. Very bad training. I would give no star if I have the option.Btw, this order is pick up, not delivery.

Bad service. It's like kfc doesn't even care. The workers are mostly just faffing around. It's not really hard to screw up an order especially when everything is automated. I'm sure they have exact instructions on how to cook each and every item in the menu...
