Burrum Street Pharmacy

I was denied a ventolin inhaler and told I needed to get a prescription from a doctor even though I have been using one for 30 years, you do not need a prescription for a life saving device like a ventolin inhaler.

As a long term customer I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this pharmacy.thankyou for everything you do over and above.

Very poor communication skills. I was sent here from Crofton Street branch as they rang ahead and checked Burrum Street had antibiotics in stock. Once I was there and put script in and collected Antibiotics I was told they only had half what I needed and I had to come back the next day to collect rest. We live out of town so this was an inconvenience. After getting home the medicare for 4 year old and 6 year old was disgusting tasting and kids were a struggle to get down. Rang Pharmacy before going to collect 2nd lot and was told just bring original back in and they would add flavouring to it for children. Not sure why this wouldn't have been done in the first place for children. No mention of extra cost. Collected and was charged $10 for flavouring. Will not be going here again. Poor communication and lack of customer service.

My mother Joan goes here and whilst in town on a visit I had the pleasure of taking her. The way way these wonderful people look after her is exceptional. It is lovely to know that there are people who don't just do their job but go over and above. Well done and please know that your exceptional service is noticed.
