Doesn't take time to assist with anything. They just palm everything away. Basically only sit in their desk being useless until you have done everything yourself. They could be replaced by computers.

I have just change my drivers licence from Victorian to Queensland as well a changed car registration plates. What a wonderful helpful team work in the Cannonvale office. Everything that I would need was explained at a previous visit, what was required was completed efficiently but with grace and good humour. I wish all experiences in dealing with Government departments anywhere were like this.

Definitely better service than Victorian places, staff are loaded with knowledge!Very friendly and helpful.Parking is tight.But overall even tho i have to wait for my turn but the only place you wont feel bored while waiting!

Really great service from the ladies at the front desk stress free and easy going helping me transfer my license over and even provided a screwdriver to put my new plates on 10/10

They do a great job given it is a government department and they deal with the general public each day.Maree is an absolute all star, a breath of fresh air, pray that you get her when you attend. The older lady (I think she is the boss/manager) is bit crabby and should look to retire in the near future.
