Nick from Taree Volkswagen made my car purchase far easier than I could have imagined. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car purchase and customer service that’ll knock your socks off, this is your guy.

I am always apprehensive when buying a car but I was relieved when the team at Taree VW made the whole process straight forward & stress free. Brendan who negotiated the trade in valuation was fair, trustworthy and did not pressure me into anything. I wanted a full size spare tyre & Brendan organized this quickly & without any gimmicks. Nick who handled the delivery of the new car had everything ready on the day. I was pleasantly surprised when the spare wheel & tyre was an original & matched identically the vehicles wheels & tyres. This was provided at no extra cost. Before leaving I enquired about the fitting of a tow bar. Nick chased up the info and rang me after I arrived home with all the info. I am now waiting delivery & fitment of the tow bar.I would thoroughly recommend the team at Taree VW.

Do not recommend, on the basis of very poor workmanship/negligence.On two occasions we've had to go elsewhere and pay over $1500+ to correct for negligent actions they took (forgetting to put parts back on the car, when servicing it).The first time around, we weren't sure and so although it seemed very odd that the car made a new bad noise, we paid to have it fixed elsewhere.We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see them again, only to discover significant issues after picking it up post service, again.We went to another mechanic who had a look and was shocked to find that VW Taree seemed to have forgot to put some key parts back on our AWD.Staff are lovely, so it's a shame. This is our local, however we do now drive a couple more hours to get it serviced from great VW mechanics in Artarmon, Sydney.

Professional quality service, I've never bough a new car till now. Anders the individual i dealt with made everything a breeze. couldn't give more than 5 stars but from start to finish service and communication was outstanding.i dont normally do reviews but on this occasion i had to due to the service i received. thank you Anders and the team at taree Volkswagen
