A very challenging and pretty upsetting experience. I booked in my electric trike for a full service at 500km. Got it back with fewer gears working than when I dropped it in and handbrakes were tightened so tight that I cannot release them with one hand. Nothing else was done. Spokes still need tightening, as do nuts. I did question whether it had a full service. Candid answer was no. Also got a scolding for not picking it up earlier, even though they lost my number and didn't call me.

This team know just how important a bike can be for commuting, they offer great advice on issues, and will do their best to keep you riding. Had a great experience today, needing my brake pads replaced, just so happen to have an unexpected day off, and I was able to book my bike in, drop my bike off and within 10 minutes of wandering the store it was done and I was back in the sunshine!
