I got charged 5 dollars for a witness signature which Australia post claims is a free service on their website.

Be warned of them reviewing themselves as well. Went in to have my mail redirected, every name on my form was spelled incorrectly when entered into their system. My surname is now my middle name on the redirection, so none of our mail will be redirected. Now I have to contact the Aust Post to have all the details changed, not to mention whilst in there witnessing the husband and wife behind the counter discussing throwing all the Xmas cards that were handed in by two young girls (with stamps on them ) in the bin because they didn’t believe they were paid for the previous day. I cannot believe someone so unreliable and so irresponsible is running a post office. Unbelievable, I will be reporting this up the line. Disgusting.

The lady at the counter is consistently rude to myself and others in the store while also making crucial mistakes with passport applications resulting in it being denied

Twice lost packages after placing cards in the mail box
