Not the flashest facilities but my little dog loves it, and the staff really love him ❤️

Make sure you read terms and conditions before you book: “Under no circumstances will Gold Coast Pet Resorts, it’s employees or agents be responsible for ticks, fleas, illness, injury, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever however caused including any act of neglect or omission by Gold Coast Pet Resorts, it’s employees or agents, to any animal during boarding”Admitting that even if they neglect your animal they won’t be held responsible.Explains the reviews saying their dog came back sick or with kennel cough.THESE ARE NOT STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Other pet resorts terms and conditions state UNLESS negligence occurs.Asked them about this and never got a reply back so booked in at Beenleigh Pet Motel instead lots of great reviews and staff replied back to my enquiries.

I had my cat stay here. She was supposed to be in a chalet. I wouldn’t know, as they wouldn’t even allow me in to see the room. When I picked her up a week later, she was petrified and smelled of urine. Her bed and blanket also covered in urine. Never again!

My mother's 9 month old puppy was staying at this kennel for a week over Christmas and when i arrived to pick her up she was so scared and was basically crawling out to meet meWhen i got her into the car there was a horrible smell. Once we were home i checked through her crate and there was urine all through it that had gone brown and sticky. The bedding smelt terrible that we had to throw it out.A day after she was home she started coughing so badly that it was like she was choking. We took her to the vet and she had kennel cough.Thank goodness she was fully vaccinated however she should not have contacted kennel cough in the first place. The place didn't smell very nice to begin with and after seeing the dogs crate and bedding she will never go to this place again.

My girl Tilly has been going to Arundel Pet Resort for over a year now, often 5 days a week and on overnight stays, sadly we are leaving to go to New Zealand but I cant speak highly enough of the great care Tilly has had. The staff are always really friendly and professional and I can also see their love of the pets that come into their care. Tilly made lots of friends and I never ever worried about her while there. She didn't like t o come home she would have stayed and played with Dolly and her friends everyday. Thank you so much everyone we will miss you. Dianne Dave and Tilly

Fantastic staff with love and care; Zap and Zena came home so happy. They got to play with other Labradors and enjoyed their time at the pet resort.

Gold Coast Pet Resorts are not to be trusted. My dog was here on a long term stay while I relocated. SHE WAS DEAD WITHIN 12HRS OF COMING HOME!!!!!!!!!Firstly I was asked not to visit my dog after admitting. I found this very unnerving at first and my instincts were correct.They isolated my dog for not being vaccinated, she had just arrived from NZ and was fully vaccinated and had all international health checks prior to arriving at Gold Coast Pet Restort - more suitable name would be Gold Coast Pet Detention & Death Resort…Due to their lack of admin skills my dog was then isolated for the duration of the stay, she was mistreated in their care. For a dog that is highly emotional, she was then forever traumatised. After being a week late in paying the account, due to it being a peak time at work, doing 80hrs, I missed an email. Gold Coast Pet Detention & Death Resort then dropped my 10 year old dog at an unmanned pound shelter… They then sent me an email saying they had rehomed her.. I contacted them as soon as I read the email (no phone calls from them either) they’re response was that they would tell me where my dog was when the account was brought up to date…. I paid the account, all they provided me with was a phone number.. to which was the number for the rspca. My very much loved family dog spent a week in the pound unnecessarily due to the blatant uncaring and disrespectful attitude of the owner & rough women that work there, who couldn’t manage a piss up in a brewery.After alerting the rspca of what had actually happened we got her back.. 12 hrs later she was being rushed to the emergency vet where she died of a twisted bowel……If you love your dog and want it to live out it’s life happy and healthy DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

I went away to the Sunshine Coast I took my dog Kobe to the Gold Coast Pet Resort. He had a wonderful time and they took really good care of him. There were so many new friends there. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pet resort. The staff are very friendly.

Make regular visits here. My pup comes home so tired. He gets so excited when we pull up.

Picked up my little bud after two weeks and was so pleased that he was well looked after. The team at GC Pet resorts are really caring and love animals so I know he's always in safe hands. This was his 3rd trip back and I will always trust them with looking after Baxter.
