Rocket Property Group

This has been the worst investment advice I've been given. Purchased in 2012, lost over 200k equity & a lot more since then with their advice to negatively gear. The property we were advised to buy has been on the market for over 5 years now with no chance of sale and no support or advice from this company about this situation. The worst financial mistake of my life .

Long term investment and long term failure. I am not sure how entirely honest this group is. There was a guarantee when I iinitially invested that I would in invest again. I can guarantee that I wont.

I contacted Rocket Property for assistance with selling my property. I spoke to a Wilma, who was rude, arrogant and didn't have the time nor day until she realised my intentions to sell. It's clear Wilma only has one thing in mind, MONEY! I was frustrated and appalled by her service, and would recommend using any other agent you can find.

Avoid at all costs!!By far the worst property investment firm I’ve ever come across and to think they were rated #1 in those BS property magazines just shows how BS the whole industry is.I purchased a property up in gracemere back in 2012 with all these colourful graphs showing 10% growth and what we could achieve blah blah blah!You’re a joke! A scam! And how you are still going is beyond me!I purchased the property for 375k and was first rented out for $440pwThree years later due to market saturation and 90% investors just like myself it was renting for $210pw and valued at 200k!Fast forward close to 10 years from when I purchased this property and it is valued 100k less than the purchase price and when you factor in the holding costs each year averaged out at around 10k loss each year, that’s after negatively gearing, it’s quite simple to see that these guys ruin lives of average Australians that put trust in these so called “professionals”

I finaly have decided to write my review on these gurus. I have purchased my property in 2016 for 435000. Now this property is values at 360000k. The strata on the building keep increasing and building itself had defects. I was so called provided education by rocket property group as well as Ian who I put my trust that with his knowledge he will assist me buy the property that I can expect to be performing area. I later find out that this was all about high paying commisions and not much what I was buying other then just sell something and anything. I usually don't like bragging negative comments but all I was always asking is honesty, assistance on buying in area that is growth area instead I got apartment in over supply area. Up choosing the building where I should I buy I was told the area around it is heritage listed and there fore they can't build anything around it. Guess what wollingabba is oversuplied area of thousands apartments still coming through. I just don't get that govermant cannot protect normal everyday people who is trying to build their future from gurus like these. There are so many other there that I don't want to be any where near them no more. This has caused my dream of property investing crashed and left me in debt with the property that has lost thousands in value and in over supply area because of possibly 30 to 40 thousand in conmiosion. I just cannot believe that people are prepared to ruin other people financial life for sake of commision. I have infant baby to feed but I guess commisions are more important. What my advise to anyone not just buying from rocket property group but any gurus who say they are expert. If they come t you way to nice and call you everyday and shout you lunch and give you so called knowledge run away. Trust me u will be better owing nothing then be in debt in a property that is costing you money and you have to think about how you can feed your child because you have property that is giving you stress everyday and you have to come up with the payments. I just hope govermant put a stop one day to companies who is there for their own profits. I strong believer nothing is free in this world but at least if you want to sell me something or buy something on my behalf I will pay your fee but take responsibility to ensure if you have knowledge to help me with honesty and facts not just a commissions. Big lesson learned.
