jeeeez the young girl on counter today with the straight long brown hair and eyelash extensions had an attitude and a half, didn’t greet any customers and just grumpily asked if they wanted their receipt. not a good look for ur company and maybe (definitely) needs some training in people skills or politeness in general

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Stacey in the pharmacy team for almost 2 years now and she has been such a great help with organising Webster packs for my dad's medication, particularly in the midst of lockdowns while I was unable to get out to collect the packs. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always happy to help. Such great customer service. What a great person to have on staff.

I wanted to thank the new young pharmacist man (can I say man these days without offending anyone??) who helped me greatly yesterday.I work shift hours at Melbourne International Airport.Usually I get a reminder that my medications are overdue via SMS but not this month!He was very responsive and I cannot thank him enough for realising that my medication was urgent - I needed them in the morning and it was afternoon.Big thank you on the day & thank you Chemist Warehouse for employing this young person.Rebecca

Until a recent move to Diggers Rest, I had been a very regular customer of CH in Moorabbin where I was given EXCELLENT service over many years.Unfortunately I can't say the same about CH at Gap Road, Sunbury.And the exasperation continues today. On 17th October I had my regular prescriptions made up, except that they did not have one item. No problem. On Monday 18th October I received SMS from CH advising that my script was now ready to be collected.As it was a non-urgent item for me, I did not make the SPECIAL trip down to Sunbury until Thursday 28th October.The item was ready to be picked up, BUT...when I got to the register, the operator was (for reasons unknown to me...) unable to get the item through his register system. He fiddled around for ages, finally calling in someone else to help. She also fiddled around at the register for ages, apparently trying to get my item through the register. She finally gave up, and took the item back to the pharmacy at the rear of the shop to have things resolved. She then returned and gave my item to the original male operator again to process, indicating that the problem was all now rectified, while she attended to an increasing queue of people at the register next door... all being held up by this stuff-up.But the item STILL wouldn't go through the register. He fiddled around for ages again, and then yet AGAIN got the second person (now working at the next door register) to help. Yet AGAIN, the two of them fiddled around with the register, but for reasons unknown to me they were unable to process the item, or let me simply pay and leave, and they could sort out the problem later.After almost 10 minutes of this to-ing and fro-ing, and total exasperation on my part, I simply said I will come back another time!"I made a SPECIAL trip from Diggers Rest down to Sunbury SOLELY to collect the item which their SMS had indicated was ready to pick up. Well it WASN'T ready to pickup... at least not ready to be processed through their register system anyway.A COMPLETELY WASTED round trip for absolutely nothing. And this is not the first time I have had problems with this CH... in the very few months that I have moved into the area and used this store.To an extent I feel sorry for the register staff because it seemed to me that there was some major problem with their system that they were unable to resolve. But why keep customers waiting

Requested for a price match on Ensure 850gm at Chemist Warehouse Gap Rd Sunbury . I was kept waiting for more than 10 minutes and then refused saying that store manager has refused to do it. I spend around $500 a month on medicines for my parents. I felt so bad as I was kept waiting an then refused without a reason. Request for price match was under the Chemist Warehouse policies. I am now thinking of changing the store / pharmacy.

Very quick to sort out a script and helped me find what I was looking for on the shelf

Thank you to the pharmacist and two team members who helped me today. As I was walking out I dropped a bottle of antibiotics and a pharmacist walking in helped me straight away and replaced the bottle so quickly and didn’t charge me. The two team members came over and offered me a wipe and were so kind as I apologised to them and thanked them. Thank you to all of you, you have a made a very tired and stressed mum feel seen and smile today.

Rude pharmacist. I went in to get an authorised signature and some off the shelf items. I went to the pharmacist with no one in line and the place seeming to be pretty quiet. the pharmacist responds with we can’t at the moment we’re to busy and points to 2 people who have joined the line behind me. He tells me to come back after 6pm. I try to explain there wasn’t even a line When I got here and I’m happy if I need to wait a little bit even if he serves the people who lined up after me. He wouldn’t listen and spoke over me telling me to come back after 6pm.An authorised signature is something that’s just as quick if not quicker than purchasing a script item so I’d hate to have actually needed medication from a script. What would the pharmacist have said to me then? I ended up going down the road to chemist warehouse on Evan street in Sunbury. They were busy and asked me to wait, which I Happily did for all of 5 minutes and then It took them all of 2 minutes to do. I know which one I’ll be visiting in the future.

I submitted the script today for my partner.Yes, I understand there is a time to wait for the script to be processed.What I don't like is being ignored at the point of collection.Since you removed the little “ding” bell, customer service has disappeared.Please take the time to acknowledge the fact that there are customers waiting for their scripts.I look at other frustrated customers who are also shaking their heads,Lift your game, please!
