The Village Apartments at Burleigh

Great apartments. Very roomy and spacious by contemporary standards. Close to shops, restaurant and beach. Well appointed, well maintained and managed. Overall a great experience I will do time and time again.

Place was nice... didn't realise there were no lifts though... had 2 lil toddlers and a very heavy amount of luggage to try drag up stairs... also the parking is confusing ... but the place was clean... nice and in a good spot to walk everywhere

tl; dr: Great location for a no frills holiday aptA self contained unit in a holiday resort, The Village is run by a pair of friendly Kiwis that is located just one street away from James St, the hub of Burleigh, and 200m away from the beach front. The location is fantastic, within a walkable distance to the shore and also to numerous great restaurants, bowls club and the surf club, while an Aldi and a Woolworths is just a short drive away.The apartment is nothing fancy (the whole complex is actually a mix of residential and holiday rentals), but does contain a full sized kitchen with decent appliances, so you could cook meals, do laundry etc with no issues. Just be aware that you do need to bring things such as oil and extra dishwashing tablets and laundry detergent if you plan to do more than one load though. The decor is also a bit tired, but it's not a deal breaker.If you're looking for a luxury stay, this isn't for you, but for a decently priced, well located, self contained unit for a small family, this is absolutely a place that you should consider.

Owners complained about noise when the boys were not even at the apartments. They were at the casino. Deducted cleaning and rubbish amount of $100 when the place was left in a clean and tidy manner. Stay at your own peril. These people are not good operators. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

4th time staying here always good. Great location directly behind James St and close to beach.

Amazing units, large, clean, modern and beautifully furnished. So comfortable. Location is central within walking distance of clubs, shops and beach. Lovely management. Highly recommended for a memorable relaxing stay.

Great location and views from our top floor apartment. Excellent pool and jacuzzi in immaculate gardens. Apartment would benefit from a few minor repairs but everything works fine.

We loved staying here! So central but quiet, with a spacious unit and comfortable beds. The pool was lovely & it was just a short stroll to the very beautiful beach. The managers were kind and helpful. I truly can’t wait to get back!

Nice place.Situated close and walking distance to all attractions at Burleigh.well maintained,clean and secured premises.the pool and the outdoor bbq area were great and welcoming.will surely come back again.
