Far as I'm concerned don't deal with these people. Our Inverter has failed TWICE NOW! and we've been calling for three weeks straight trying to get a replacement under warranty ! And all our calls either get aired OR when we get through, empty promises saying they will call back. Absolutely terrible service we just want our 13 kw inverter replaced already.

Had some hiccups initially but Ian from Sunmate Solar was quite persistent. He followed up consistently and made the installation happen. He was able to provide a competitive price for the solar products I asked for. I would say give Ian a go if you want to get Solar installed.

SUNMATE SOLAR PTY LTD
I referred sunmate to my brother, where sunmate completed a defect install on his home. This was reported by the Energy Company when installing a smart meter. Sunmate to date have made zero effort to rectify the issue. It is as simple as allocating an electrician to revisit the site and complete the install correctly.Absolutely pathetic.I will change my review, should they deliver a resolution to this problem.
