Ordered 28 November, paid a huge amount for delivery. Still not received. Called their office twice to chase the order and still waiting on a call back. Absolutely terrible customer service. Reading other reviews i’m now expecting a poorly made door that won’t be worth the $350 ish I paid (not including freight). Take your money and run seems to be their motto.

I have purchased 5 security doors from this company and paid additional amount for measuring and installation. The quality of workmanship is so poor, when the sliding doors were installed they came off from their tracks immediately so I had to pay additional amount to secure them. After few weeks the security steel grill just popped out for one door and after few weeks another security steel grill popped out all by itself on a very windy day. They claim that this is a security door but it’s worse than a fly screen door. They want me to pay to fix these screens. I had enough and will be taking to Fair Trading for resolution. Stay away from this company, this is a scam and it’s a trap. They are no where close to any security doors in the market.

Great quality flyscreens, a lot easier than buying the parts and building them yourself. Once you figure out the technique to install them in a recess, it's a breeze.One of the screens was manufactured incorrectly and one was damaged in transit but both were replaced without issue. I appreciated the prompt and professional communication.

Poor quality screen. Visible gaps at the joins and the pull to remove it is on the wrong side of the screen so you can't use it, just sloppy! No response when I try to contact them. Don't waste your time.
