Was very disappointed when I went to bras n things today. I asked the girl of i could be sized up as my bra is not fitting properly. She reaponds with she does not really do that because it can give a false reading. She then goes on to ask me what size i wear and gets me a bra in that size to try on. I go try it on expecting her to come back to see how its fitting. She did not come back. How could she possibly decide or help me as to find a bra that fits I could have jist walked in and tried a heap of sizes and decided.

The cashier lady was friendly but not great customer service. My experience at other stores is the staff approach you when you enter the store and ask you if you need assistance then help you find the right style and size. The lady at Armadale was friendly as I mentioned and approachable but you have to ask for help

I must thank Aliyah!! Fantastic customer service, she made me feel really comfortable. When trying on bras and getting a fitting I think that's really important. Aliyah got me sized up and really helped me find something that would be comfortable. Employee of the month, surely. xoxo

Spoke to a girl on the phone today and was amazing. They didn’t have the stock but then checked all of WA for me and explained why I was having issues with the online stock. Just great customer service :)
