Fast food? It's legitimately quicker to swim to Bali and back than it is to receive your order. We have been waiting close to two hours for our delivery. Still waiting! We received a partial refund from the delivery service with the promise the food really is coming... Yeah right! I'm off to Macca's.

I went to buy food at 9:35pm on the 27/6/2023 all lights were off. I got to the drive through and after a while a girl answered and I ordered a Twister but the girl said we only have wings and popcorn chicken, so I asked for a large popcorn chicken, I got to the drive through window the lights were off, I could see two people inside a girl and a boy chatting to each other and no one even came to serve me for 5 minutes that is when I decided to drive off. They claim they are open until 10:00pm but the staff close by 9:30pm. Disappointed especially after driving for 20 minutes to get there.

Specialy butler KFC always put too much salt on Go buket for my children and always buckets are half full never put enough chip and Popcorn Chicken all the time.

Every time you either wait ages or you get a quick meal, only to find something is missing. Ordered a zinger burger box today and it was missing the burger. How?? The owners of this store should be ashamed at what they produce. Bad service and a lack of care from the staff.

Useless. Took over an hour in the drive threw and there was only 4 cars ahead of me. Then got the food and it was cold and gross. Not going back sort out your staff

Front staff girl is fast and but the back area worker were very slow. I saw her doing hard to manage all orders.

Woke up hungry, I decided to get something finger licking good so I ordered an ultimate box and a couple of supercharged sliders.I got to the drive though and only had one car in front. I thought it was my lucky day.I got told to wait in the waiting bay which I don’t mind.I didn’t mind until I was left waiting for 15 minutes. My food was cold and so was the service.I’d upload a photo but I don’t have a thermal camera. Take my word for it. It was cold.

Over 40 minutes wait for 2 zinger boxes and even then the order was wrong. I don't blame the staff entirely. Management need to sort the staffing issue out. Its a joke. Plus having a hangry missus is not ideal. Please thank me for a polite review because the service we received deserved a well good reaming.
