Frustrating as there's never anyone manning the desk to answer questions or sort issues out in the gym, they don't respond to emailed enquiries and you have to book the pool more than 24 hours in advance.

I love my little gym and use of the pool for my physio..however I must agree nowhere is it posted by signs when desk manned to help with questions about machines or trouble accessing with the card..a sign would be such a great help.thank U :))
