Today Rani was my laser skin therapist at the Waurn Ponds clinic. She assisted me with a full leg, underarm and braz laser hair removal and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and comforting. She made me feel reassured and safe. She regularly checked in to ensure my comfort levels, and adjusted the laser according to my unique needs. I was totally at ease with her and felt I was in the best hands. I highly recommend Unique Laser and specifically Rani, who was just so incredibly lovely. I can't wait to see my results and for my next session!

A new bright look and new name this business has the latest laser machines, and friendly staff to work their magic. l highly recommend Chervon, she is the best therapist, l’ve had over my 52 years.I love her knowledge in the industry, she is professional and cares and all the treatments I have had with her, l’ve been extremely happy. She always does a thorough job in whatever service l have had. Looking forward to having more laser treatments. Thank you

Coming here to do laser has always been a comfortable experience. But today I had my least painful one thanks to Eliza. I just had to come on to mention how great and accommodating she is. She goes above and beyond. I had 2 appointments that did not go well and if I manage to reclaim them I’ll defs be trying to book her for them. And if you’re new to laser I’d highly recommend booking her as well :)

I have recently moved to Australian Skin Clinics WP from elsewhere. I have attended the clinic twice now, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, caring and professional. They provide a high level of customer service and experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing Staff - friendly & supportuve .First timer at 62 - chemo ruined my skin and now I feel fabulous !Nurses- Cassandra & Linda were professional and very personable .Can't recommend highly enough ..I'm a customer for life now ! .Thank you ladies :)

No refunds allowed… even after feeling pressured to spend $350 on a skincare package and I changed my mind. Everything brought back brand new never used a couple of days after my first appointment. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back. Rude and obnoxious staff to talk to about the situation, I left in tears.

sad to say that after 13 laser sessions my hair is still only about 50% reduced. i have darker hair on decently pale skin so should work and it certainly hurt enough times. i wish i had been informed early on that you would realisticly need like 20 sessions to be hair free
