Do not sell people M5 bolts when they specifically ask for 3/16ths. The difference is minuscule, but enough to destroy either the bolt or the thread you're trying to get the bolt into. The replacement cost for my kayak pedal system's drive shaft is $350. These bolts you sold me are M5. They fit perfectly into an M5 die from a metric tap and die set. This is the second time you've done this to me. There will not be a third. Goodbye.

Very helpful counter staff. I was looking for an unusual bolt, they gave me something similar that I could use temporarily and advised on where to chase down the exact one. They are also open Saturday mornings. Will be coming back to them for next bolts etc. for sure!!! A+
