I had excellent service from the minute I walked into the store at Grand Central. The staff were supa-friendly and smart in finding what I needed. I couldn't purchase shoes today but look forward to returning to the store soon.

Not even worth 1 star but this review platform forces you to assign something. Without a doubt the WORST service I've ever received anywhere! We were served by a young girl named Brooke to purchase a pair of work shoes for my son, she was the rudest, most obnoxious salesperson I've ever dealt with, not only was the service attrocious but she knew nothing about the products. In future I will wait until I'm in Brisbane if ever I need to shop at Mathers. My 3 adult children were also appalled and commented at how rude she was. Just terrible customer service.
