My husband has dreamed of owning an E Bike ever since riding one in France over two years ago. He is a keen cyclist in his 60s and wanted the reassurance of knowing he could engage assistance when required. Aaron gave us unhurried quality time and educated us on many aspects of E Biking. He has a strong background in bike racing and a thorough knowledge of bikes which he happily shared with us. My husband bought a Cube E bike and couldn't be happier. We will definitely return if we are ever in a position to buy one for me. Meanwhile I have applied to join the 99 Bikes Green Team Challenge. Fingers crossed. Thank you Aaron

I got my front tire punctured, bought, and installed the inner tube. then after 2 days, the tire still went flat. brought it back to have it checked, the torns still on the tire. replaced the inner tubes again without any cost.

Rang for some advice and got Andy at the Belmont, WA store on the phone. He had all the advice I needed to get my 6yo the correct size bike and was super helpful when I went to collect it, did a full safety check before it left the shop and explained the aftercare very well.Cheers Andy! 99 Bikes, get this man a pay rise! Couldn’t be happier with the great service and will 100% be back.

I ordered black and white water bottles and was given sage coloured. Obviously not managing stock when accepting orders or someone didn’t take and care with the order.

I recently bought an e-bike from this store and I absolutely LOVE IT. It's a Pedal Uptown, cruiser style. It's so comfy and easy to ride.Thank tou Giuseppe, who helped me set it up (lock, basket, helmet) and helpfully answered all my questions.
