Very helpful and friendly sales staff, the developer even took the time to open a locked gate and show off some of the more prestigious blocks and their spectacular views of Geelong.

Great new estate to build. Planned parks, school, local shops and more. Lovely Outlook. So glad we chose to build here

I lived in this estate for over 2 years, very unkept, many houses never do their nature strips, common areas poorly maintained, oh and excessive dog poo on footpaths. Also developer friendly until he takes your money, if you need to deal with him post settlement he can be very rude.

Very congested suburb..Only one road in the 5th and sixth stage..So many hooning drivers .Requested to install speed humps but no response from the developers or from the council..Avoid this…

Great new suburb to build your first home. Charlemont land sale manager Amanda is a very friendly and professional person, we had an absolutely amazing experience with her so easy to deal with, now can’t wait to move in to our new home next year!

Nice peaceful area to live, Gary was very helpful when picking a block for my first home. Purchase was a very smooth process.

Never buy here. Poor management. Restrictive clauses in agreement that doesn’t allow selling the land after settlement. Not a good experience dealing these guys.

probably the most arrogant and rude person i have ever come across.Gary had no interest in even booking an appointment to meet us and apparently the estate don’t sell it to investors. Gary claimed that he is the owner of the estate and answers the phone himself and only sell it to the people of his choice which is absolutely bizarre and discriminative.

Took approx 4 months to receive a land contract despite land already being titled. We were sent several contracts that belonged to other customers and ours were among them. Ours was incomplete and lawyers advised us not to sign until complete. Developer refused to complete them and was angry we wouldn't sign despite warnings from the lawyer. Additionally we found out he was trying to sell land he didn't own. It was owned by a family member. He then changed agreement from a 60 day settlement with subject to finance to 30 days not subject to finance. He said he was doing this because we were holding him up and blamed us for not signing contracts in December despite us not receiving them until the Feb. We had to pull out of the sale due to contracts being incomplete and his refusal to complete them before signing. We believe this was done as land prices boomed and he wanted the profit for himself. It was an absolute disaster. Customer service was dire with no admin staff and the developer not answering emails and blaming us. Very rude service and it was a very stressful experience that I would wish on no one.
