I ordered at El Jannah Smithfield drive through for a family event. When collecting my order I asked the staff if everything was in the bag and she had said yes. When I arrived home after a long drive, I realised that two whole chickens were missing in the bags!I have emailed and called them numerous times since the 22nd of October with no reply! I paid $67.20 for a garlic dip, pickles, chips and bread! So dissapointed with this and will NEVER go back here again!I want a refund!________Your response below is the same answer I received when I called. Ill just mention again that I have been emailing since OCTOBER with NO RESPONSE!

Very quick service both in-store and in drive-thru for take away, even in peak hours. Never have I ever had a wrong order or any disappointment here. Very good prices for the chicken. I always order extra toum (garlic sauce) because I can never get enough of it. Super tasty.

Can you stop being tight with the sauce? Spicy crispy burger had 3 tiny drops of sauce on it. Getting worse and worse every day.Came in 9:30pm 19/06/2023. Whoever is at burger station should be fired.

Very happy with the friendly customer service, the food has been freshly made. Garlic sauce is so delicious. The coating on the chicken burger and the tender is so crunchy. With generous servings. Next time I go I'm getting the charcoal chicken. Highly recommended and thank you.

I recently visited and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive to my needs. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. The products and services offered were of high quality and reasonably priced. I left feeling satisfied and impressed with the overall experience. I highly recommend to anyone in search of a top-notch establishment. Five stars all around!

I went in to Eljanna on ANZAC dayThey had a 25% surcharge for public holidayI bought a chicken roll for $12.90 and paid 1. 94 surcharge I didn’t order any thing else because it’s over priced …….All there prices have risen way to high …..Was a big fan of this business until nowThere standards have dropped there waiting times have increased and there premises are dirty …..It’s not the best place to go anymore !

I love coming here but every time I’ve walked in there the tables are always dirty even when they tried to clean them for us once they still didn’t do a good job. The floor is always messy and dirt too.The chips this time were cold and not fresh at all.The customer service Is good and on time but the staff always seem to be tired and not bothered.

El Jannah Crispy Chicken Burger Box Meal is well above average in taste particularly with the gravy but a bit pricey. The chili burger is not too hot but a good kick for extra flavor. Seating area tables are dirty. Please watch out for all the pot holes, yes they are extremely bad at the Smithfield location.

El Jannah blows all the other fast food outlets out of the water in terms of food quality and value. The service was prompt and polite. The place was pretty spotless when I visited with quite a few patrons eating.As for the food, it is simply outstanding for a takeaway/fast food place. I wish there was one on the North Shore. I'd be there most days. Just excellent.
