Products are mostly priced well but aftersales support is very poor. Nearly impossible to get a reply if you need warranty on your purchase, I'm still waiting 3 months down the track.

After being in a competitors store for half an hour with no welcome and no help I went to Adventure Moto.When I walked in I got a greeting and was asked if I needed help, the help and advice I received was great. I purchased almost all of the things I needed, the store didn't have a helmet in the size or color I wanted and the sales person wouldn't sell me an ill fitting helmet, but did give me advice on how to choose a helmet that fits correctly. I will definitely go back to Adventure Moto.

Pleasure to do business with knowledgeable sales person (Jen?) at Brisbane store recently. Really seemed to know her product and sizing options. Would buy again but hopefully the Latitude gear and Outlander boots will serve me well for a few years to come.

The best store for adventure motorcycle gear! I got sized up for Klim gear (haven’t bought yet!) by Jackson who was super patient and so very knowledgeable, he even let me sit on his bike to make sure the gear fitted correctly. Very impressed!

Great service from a team who know what they are selling because they use the products. Took a new Klim Krios back to Canada after a great ride in Australia. Light and comfortable compared to my old Shoei (which I thought was good)
