I am writing to express my complete shock and disgust at the behaviour of the employee that I came across at this service station. I don’t know what his problem was but he was utterly disrespectful before I even said a single word. How dare you speak to your customers this way! We all have bad days but how dare you take it out on your customers! If you can’t cope, find a different job because you certainly do not belong in the service industry. 18/06/23- 4:48 pm

When in to the servo to get some help with a gift card for the servo I received and the lady behide the courter said she doesn't expect that unless it is a proper card and then sat there and laughed at me about it

For lack of better word Luke has such a negative vibe & demeanour. He comes across so hostile & angry when i dont even know him. Please regulate your emotions. Read the reviews. Otherwise, nothing wrong with their fuel, perfectly fine.

24hrs, but only a window after hours. Nice clean shop with good variety. Pump and outside area is smaller than average, and sometimes gets a bit congested.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees. I have visited your establishment on multiple occasions, including last night (Wednesday, May 31, 2023) at 10:57 pm, and each time, I have been met with disrespect and rudeness from this employee.Despite my polite requests for assistance, the employee has consistently responded with hostility and anger. Even when I apologized for any perceived misunderstandings, the employee continued to treat me with disrespect. I feel as though I am being treated as if I am receiving services for free, which is unacceptable.I would like to request that this employee receive some form of training to improve their behavior towards customers. I believe that this would be beneficial for both the employee and your establishment as a whole. I also request that you review the surveillance footage to confirm my account of the events.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you.

We are reporting your staff who refused to sell us the fuel today at 5.17pm because we were supposed to leave our children in the car instead of following the law that we should NOT leave the child in the car under any circumstances!!!Anyways, we had followed what your staff asked us to do by leaving the child in the car and wanted to still buy the fuel but he refused! He used the speaker and announced that I am not opening the pump

Very rude customer service, especially the old guy.I use to fill up my car everyday from there, because live close to it,Will not go there anymore.They treated the customer the way they had fight with them
