The ladies at oborne health are the poorest excuse for any business. From their unprofessional tone over the phone to their constant stock shortage, these women just do not care. Then they get emotional when you confront them and close your account down after gossiping about it in their little den. They have no idea how to do business and are the biggest adamant rude individuals with severe cases of intellectual deficiency you will ever come across. Don't do business with them.

I just want to say thank you to Oborne Health for the super fast delivery of a fairly large order. It was such a pleasure to unpack the box with all my stock and some Christmas goodies for my patients. I am particularly happy about the paper being used instead of plastic, I appreciate it. Thank you for that!!

I have been dealing with Oborne for 6years+ and they are up there with the best suppliers I have. They have a massive range, very useful product info, the delivery is quickest, loved the rep that would come out all this way! Expiry is long and very rarely have any issues and when there is they are very prompt. Thanks heaps guys!

I used them for 1 year then cancelled. It was so stressful. I would not recommend anyone using these people. They are consitently running out of stock which is very bad and will hurt your business. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them. Lazy staff members. Also if your order a product from their website and it is only available in one of their warehouses, they will charge you extra for the freight so whatever profit you have planned to make will just go to back them. The staff have very bad phone attitudes. You can't make money with these people. I wouldn't recommend. It is too risky.

The worst kind of customer service. They are arrogant, rude, adamant and don't care about the customer. They have no idea what common courtesy is and never have enough stock. Don't waste your money or time. Just go elsewhere. Oborne Health is very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I've had to change my business because of their lowsy supplies. My customers were not happy.

I've dealt with Oborne Health Supplies for almost 30 years.I have never come across a problem with them that has not been resolved promptly.All companies have occasional issues with supply or delivery. Have dealt with Oborne Health and few other distributors on a consistent basis for over 7+ years. Have always had great service. Even when I have requested kindly to send my orders plastic free they have complied. I have sent them private email to thank them for their effort. Order arrives generally within a day or two max. Out of stocks is not a problem as I know sometimes it is out of their hands. Unlike other suppliers Oborne's miminum order value is reasonable and so is their shipping cost if you cannot make the minimum order. Their website and navigation needs improvement but not a big deal breaker for me. Overall good service.

Have been using Oborne Health Supplies for years. Compared to other suppliers, their service and delivery is top notch. Had to come to their defence after reading the most recent negative reviews here. You cannot fault a supplier for running out of stock. A lot of online retailers are now in the business of selling products they don't have in stock then trying to get a hold of them from the supplier afterwards. Fact is, the comments from Organic Health Australia" is extremely inappropriate as it seems that they had probably took money from their customers only to find out they can't get it anywhere to fulfil that sale."

Horrible service. The ladies are very unprofessional. They are always running out of stock. They don't even have the common sense to get more stock even if they can clearly see that the stock is in high demand. Then when I you confront them on the phone they say, If the customer really wants the product
