Awkward service. They act nice, but they are scammers...We took in a dead phone asking if it can have memory extracted. Phone was in perfect condition other than a software update destroying the battery and frying the harddrive.Man said 2hrs to check the phone.We went back and they said it's not working and they also said by the way there was a big crack in your phone..."So in an attempt to get information out they broke the exterior of the phone and lied to us that it was already there... So then we couldn't use our warrantee for the store we got it from... To top it off

Hassan and the guys at Universal phone service are always such a pleasure to deal with. This is the 5th time in the past 2 months that iv had a phone, ipad, and laptop repaired by these guys and like allways, very speedy with repairs and prices are more than fair. I would recommend anyone to first visit Universal before throwing out that broken phone.

Had the screen replaced for my iPhone 11 today - really fast service, was told that it'd be ready in 30 minutes, I went back a bit earlier after about 20 mins had passed, and it was fixed already. The person who assisted me was really friendly and funny, would recommend.

I purchased a phone case in September 2022 and it has since broken. I approached the person working in the store to ask about warranty as I had the receipt. I was told that is is unreasonable to expect a phone case to last more than six months and to speak with the manufacturer. This is false information. Under Australian Consumer Law, I am entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The person who spoke to declared very loudly that I was being rude for questioning his warranty and rationale. I was then told to “fuck off and get out of my shop”. Do not shop here.

I always come here to get my screen protectors or if I have any technical issues and they're always so helpful and lovely! I recently got a screen protector replaced but stupidly dropped the phone not long after, I returned back to the store clearly upset at my mistake and they very kindly replaced it for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend them and just wanted to say thank you again!

Got a decent phone cover and glass protector for my iPhone but both the staff members were extremely unprofessional. Passing snobby remarks for asking questions and this is the first time I have been mocked because I asked for a discount. Would not recommend at all

I needed a specific screen protector for my phone (as the standard one doesn't stick to it and falls off the second you drop it) but didn't have the right words to describe it. Thankfully John was there to save the day, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable about his products. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing a hand!(I also want to apologise to the first staff member I spoke to, my explanation was terrible and it's absolutely not your fault that it wasn't clear what I was after...)
