It was amazing experience to step in this luxurious store with beautiful collection, something for everyone. I will really appreciate the staff cooperation and help. Staff member called KE was really helpful and made us comfortable choosing bags. We planned to buy one but ended up buying 3. It’s all because of this sales person. I would highly recommend to visit this store.

Beautiful designed luxury bags, something for everyone.Purchased a pair of sneakers with matching belts for myselfand partner, and an adorable bag. Staff were extremely helpful, and i even received a complimentary personalised monogram swing tag to match my coach bag.

Staffs are very friendly and welcome also very professionally, especially JACYLN. Me and my wife are looking for a present for our friend's birthday. JACYLN approached us and explained all the details about promotion and showed all the things we are looking for very patiently. Finally we bought the handbag which cost under 500. She said if we spent 500 or more, we would get a free gift. Honestly, I don't want to buy any more since I thought that is the way all the retailers tried to get more money from customers. But JACYLNY is so special and calculate the difference amount straight away and showed us the products that fit in the difference amount range. She is so so patient and fantastic customer service and sellers. Customer like me are hard to sell but she can take money from my pocket. Well done, JACYLNY. You are fantastic!!!!

Absolutely love this store and their collection. One of the staff member named Nia/Niya made my shopping so smooth and comfortable with her warm and friendly smile. She was terrific and hats off to her patience level with a fussy customer like me. I end up buying 6 items on absolute bargain. To be honest all staff was so welcoming and helpful.
