I don’t normally write reviews but the customer service here was appalling! Wanted to buy a product ($15) that had stains and marks all over it and asked for a 10% discount and they refused to give a discount and argued with me for 5 minutes. They claimed it was ‘normal’ for there to be stains all over it. Plus that was the manager. Didn’t buy the item, left and not going back anytime soon that’s for sure

It's fine for what it is. Small selection in make up and the lack of an actual chemist knock it down two points though. It seems to be lacking in cosmetic products across the board - meaning you should probably avoid the place if you have niche issues you wish to address.If you're just looking to pick up some decent hair care products and perfume however, the place is serviceable.

I love this shop. I have been this shop for more than 7 years.I am so impressed how all member of the staff treat customers well.I usually add point when I purchase the items.It is a good saving.I highly and confidently recommend this shop

I visited the store to get me a perfume, came across many high end products which were reduced to clear.. Lucky I scored some bargains and left the store with a smile.Professional customer service and always ready to help

Not crowd here and always found some good price/clearance items. Staff will ask if I need anything which is indicative of good service. As a shareholder , this is what we need now!

older women there was just so rude to me, i just asked a question and she snapped at me. I wish i got her name because she was just so so rude to me for no reason. Don’t go here, just go to chemist warehouse or coles, the people are much nicer!
