I've had two piercings done here and both were off centre. when I brought up that the dot" where he planned to pierce my belly button looked off centre he essentially said that I was wrong and that I just didn't know what I was talking about (although he did use different words in a more gentle way) The general customer service other than this was lovely; I'm just very disappointed that I was ignored with my concerns and now I'm here months later with wonky piercings."

Grant.. Thank you so much, you NEVER disappointed me or hubby.. I ALWAYS walk out of there with a better tattoo than I had chosen.. because you look at it, make suggestions and really do a beautiful job... you take such PRIDE.in your work.. honestly. Love them so nice and great sense of humour i have gotten 8 of my 9 tattoos done by Grant and every time he's amazing and no matter how detailed of a tattoo I want every time he amazes me with his talent I enjoy sitting in the chair to get it done
