Excellent service!I am interstate, but came across Sand-AID online . Brad was very responsive to all my questions around preparation of my floors and the usage of his products.I ordered over the phone and all items were promptly courier delivered to my door within a couple of days (and at a way better price than locally available products!).Brad has continued to provide expert advice and guidance and I will purchase any future sanding supplies through Sand-AID.

I can't express enough how appreciative I am of Brad. What a guy, everything was conducted over the phone and he got me out of a sticky situation.I was in need of a specific tool which I couldn't get in Newcastle, I had rang Brad in hope of some help. He answered and went above and beyond. I left my issue with him and he rang back an hour later, tracked down the tool for me and had it delivered the following week with some of his own supplies.You can see he takes pride in his work and helping others.
