Sebastion said he would build our house, charged us over $1300 for a quantity surveyor to quote, put in a septic application with Macedon Ranges Council (we paid $690) and today tells us he can't build our house because he has 'staff issues' and problems with supply out 'our way.' He's led us on for over 18 months, is hardly ever responsive to emails or texts and seems really poorly organised. No doubt he's built some pretty homes but I'd really be looking closely at whether his business is up to the job. Poor form.

Excellent builder. We are currently building in Daylesford Victoria and Hardwick build co. Have been fantastic. Even with material variations on our part and sourcing of material with current shortages they have worked with us all the way.Thanks heaps guys. Highly recommend
