Nader is an extremely professional, personable engineer - we engaged Nader for a simple flood report, but as our project uncovered more and more complexities he worked with us through every hurdle, going above and beyond to problem solve with us, answering our many questions along the way without a hint of frustration. Having now dealt with several engineers and professionals in our project, Nader has definitely been the most reliable, honest, patient and client-centred. He was genuinely excited when he called us back one night having found a solution to one of our major problems, when others would have given up. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The most pleasant experience out of the whole building experience. Youssef was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and provided excellent solutions.
