Very trendy store in Fairfield. The merchandise is displayed very nicely and there’s no clutter as one may see in many of the department stores around. Their staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable. The store is located inside the mall on the Ground Floor and there is ample parking space at the mall. The kids section and the home section looked very attractive. It was my first visit to the store and I will surely visit the store again.

As ever, TK Maxx is full of interesting and quirky bargains, though I have to say that their selection of coffee mugs and small bowls is nowhere near as good as previously. Most of the mugs now have either seasonal messages or inane platitudes printed on them, whereas previously they had some really good decorative designs.

Very very rude staff. You don’t feel welcome at all. I sent a complaint directly to their head office and they said some will contact me. Still waiting for this call.

All the negative reviews are absolutely right! Rude staff, poor service and stock is never taken care of. Would rather drive out of the area to another TK MAXX than come to this one.
